I am leaving Singapore soon and looking for someone to take over my master room in a 3 bedroom condo. As someone just pulled out of the agreement last minute we are looking for someone to take over the room for the 1 month, between 1st July and 1st August.
Flatmates: 1 Malaysian girl and 1 Taiwanese girls, both working professionals in their 20-30s. Both super friendly!
About the place:
– Access to all condo facilities (BBQ, gym, large pool, tennis courts, badminton court, basketball court)
– Older condo building so the unit is very spacious
– Huge living room with TV, kitchen, there is one other bathroom shared between the other 2 tenants + another small bathroom, storage room
– Washing machine + dryer
– Queenstown MRT is 2 min walk (green line), with plenty of bus connections also. There is a Fairprice (10 min) and a shopping mall (15 min) nearby as well.
-Professional cleaning every 2 weeks
The room:
– Comes with built in wardrobe, desk + chair, shelves, queen sized bed, aircon
– Unblocked view with plenty of sunlight, looking towards the pool
– The bathroom has a shower and even a separate bath
About the atmosphere:
– Quiet and relaxed place
– Housemates are friendly and easy going and are looking for someone similar
– You are free to cook, have guests etc. No strange rules, just be considerate
